Job Centre staff just don’t get it – Andy’s job is avoiding work not looking for work.

I’m glad I’m well off and retired. I do feel compassion for those elderly people who have to work to make ends meet. There are those that do it to have a purpose in life, though.

I do enjoy the signs that are posted outside the building. Andy would make a cute little Elvis—if you don’t mind not seeing his eyes.

Krebbs. the European equivalent of Gilligan (the other character played by Bob Denver) would be an accident prone fellow named Gaston Lagaffe. (No, it’s not Captain Haddock, you Bashi Bazouks, although setting fire to a life boat does seem like something Gilligan would do.)
