An almost rational reason: so he can estimate how fast it grows (in inches per month or whatever), then use that to say âThis style will work for six weeks, then come back in or else start pulling it back into a scrunchy.â
Iâm with farren on this one, miss living in Penn state for that very reason, nobody outside of the Philly area knows how to make a cheesesteak properly (Same with Buffalo wings, outside of western NY). The name âhoagieâ is also pretty local to Penn.
Hair-cutting can be done in silence. Just point to the bits you want cut off. Make a scissors gesture with your fingers. Bring a ruler to indicate preferred length.
This problem is now FIXED.
