As soon as today’s swarm moves from their court appeaance ‘In the Bleachers’, they’ll be using that door.

I’ve no doubt the flies and mosquitos will observe the “ʙᴇᴇs ᴏɴʟʏ” sign you posted on the outside

To bee or not to bee inside home. That is the questions.

I was told there was a hive inside the walls of great grands dads home at the ranch. The bees would occasionally find the way inside the home as well. There was a standing order to do no harm to the bees. Apparently they in return, left the home occupants alone as well.

Well, they do have indoor observation hives. I imagine it also entertains the cat.

Maybee, if he stopped playing ‘Flight of the Bumblebee’, they would stop trying to get in the house.

we had honeybees, and occasionally some would end up in the house… all we had to do was slowly approach them with your hand, they’d crawl on, and we’d just walk ‘em out the door. To be fair, we had one of the calmer varieties, so if you weren’t right near the hive, they had no reason to feel protective of their home.

A number of years ago, I double-dog-dared my buddy’s at the time four-year old daughter that she could crawl through a friend’s dogdoor; she successfuly accomplished it by angling her shoulders.
