    Does she want snow or a snow-day. Any day can be a “snow-day” if you want it bad enough and your parents are willing to sign the note to the school explaning your absence. (Or you have figured out how to forge the note)

    Where would Katy have seen a giant bag of sidewalk salt, anyway? Adam does not strike me as the kind of house husband who would stock up in preparation…as we have seen in the past what with his struggles with snow shovels, etc. …

    If you think that’s dumb, the government in most places takes their snow with a giant mountain of salt, puts it on the roads, causes millions of dollars of rust damage to all the vehicles that drive on it, is terrible for the environment and plant growth near roadways—while a similar job could be done with sand.
