So many great things in today’s strip! Red correctly says “may Ruby” instead of “can Ruby” and Rover looks very happy anticipating her visit. It’s a holiday, yet Mom is working (of course) and OMG, an avocado green washer and dryer—green and harvest gold were popular colors for appliances back then!

I know she’s just a cartoon character, but…Red’s mom is super-hot!

A cold = days off from school. A gift that keeps on giving.

Here’s a piece of advice that will serve you well for your entire life, Red. Sharing germs is NEVER appreciated.

LOVE the Avocado appliances!!! So much more chic than the Harvest Gold ones!
