If they are studying germs in health class, they might want to think about door knobs, grocery carts, phones, any keypads, etc. Anything that gets touched a lot and by a lot of people is going to be a major germ access point. Toilets are amazingly clean in comparison.

Zoe’s done that before when his face was visibly dirtier. The cooties made him wash his face.

So Zoe learned about germs in school and is disgusted by boys (Dad & Hammie), but is not aware of the girl cooties running rampant all over her and her mom?
