But what about the “school bus driver shortage”?

By the way, Ed, you get “extra cash.” It’s called a salary, and considering how poorly you do your job you’re lucky to have it.

Since Ed does not like driving kids to school on a school bus, he should quit driving one.

Drove ol #13 bus, an old 1956 Chevy 60 passenger School Bus… What I was driving when I met my future wife… I actually told her Mom, when I met her that my “intentions were entirely platonic!” I don’t think she believed me… Mama was a tad upset with me cus’ she was only 13 yrs older than me… I used to complain to my Boss’s that others were getting assigned to brand new bus’s… They tried to placate me by saying I was the only one who could be sure of bringing ol’13 back in every day…

How about the parents who have to drag their behinds out of bed in the morning, get them fed and dressed and out the door?

“…extra cash for the folks who drive them to school?”

And then there iscount day. The schools will spend tax dollars to buy pizza for the kids to encourage them to come, so that they can get a bigger share of our tax dollars.

I’m sure the bus drivers would appreciate a raise.
