Sounds like your average relationship a big struggle just to find out that the person offers nothing in return for your everything. I’m still mad at the guy who stranded my cousin in Adelaide this week after she helped him move from Canada to Texas, he took all her money and cancelled her cards. A whirlwind romance gone wrong. As sickening as it was to learn it was also helpful for me to realize that I’m not the only one who has been taken in by a narcissistic sociopathic jerk

That cartoon is what happens with roommates. They use almost everything but a smidge and then put it back on shelf/fridge.

He couldn’t tell it was empty, because in comics, everything weighs exactly the same… zerobecause it doesn’t exist outside the mind.We silly humans have a hard time not seeing that comic characters or characters in novels and movies (fictional ones) are not real. People go into deep depressions when a movie or book has a sad/tragic ending. Our reaction to these things have nothing to do with the novel, comic or movie, but are reflections of our fears, concerns, etc. We make the characters REAL to avoid facing our own issues. I don’t say this from being past this, but from seeing this in myself and others.
