Don’t forget the three trips to the big box hardware store. 1) to get the stuff you need for the project, 2) to to get the items you forgot the first time, 3) to take back the wrong color/size items and exchange them for the right ones.

OK, he’s RENOVATING. What 15 min. project is in a renovation, even when it goes smoothly ? Sounds like a slum lord.

We have a tank of hermits. They are fun to watch. Ours are about 15 years or so.
