Behold, the first MUDBATH of spring.

Kenny has sprung!

Just like my dog after a visit to the dog park with its irresistible mud puddle.

Kenny really knows how to celebrate!

Step away from the frisky, muddy Husky….oy

Kenny is really happy, he found the first mud puddle of spring!

and he wonders why he doesn’t get adopted

…….having way toooooo much fun!!!!!

Don’t worry, the mud will dry up and flake off in a couple of hours… well, as soon as he gets out of the mud.

Mud season for our eight pack (H’s, BC’s, CD’s) this year started 2nd March. Our morning run through the woods goes through a clearing that turns muddy during the thaw. That’s where we get to catch our breath while the pack wallow in the mud. Thank goodness we had the insight to have a large mud room (dog grooming room) with a shower that’ll hold four dogs and a person. Don’t have to worry about mud plugging the drain because the drain feeds straight out to our side yard.

Are you gonna share that mud puddle?

I used to get my Rottweilers to show me their feet. Don’t think that’s going to work with Kenny.

Get the firehose.

I get a laugh when I see the Muddy Mat commercial. Those paws on the dogs that are in that commercial look clean before walking on the Muddy Mat. One of our daughters asked us if we want a Muddy Mat, I said no. Something’s not right with that commercial.

To get mud, you need rain. Not much mud here. :o)
