How does he make money to buy these properties if there’s no one else to land on them and pay him rent? I would think it more likely that Jason would come up with some sort of capitalistic revisions to the game so that he could more quickly become rich.
He took out all the “Chance” and “Community Chest” cards that require him to pay money, and kept the ones such as “You have won second prize in a beauty contest! Collect $10”.
