I know these are all reruns, and set right now just after Thanksgiving in November… but it SURE is appropriate to the current weather all along the Northeast USA. It’s only the 11th and already February 2010 is the snowiest month on record in the Pittsburgh area.

I DO remember a blizzard of ‘78! About 3’ on the ground and the drifts were at least 5’-6’ because they were taller than me. Alas, no beer available.

I remember the blizzard that shut down UMich for the first time in history. Winter 78…. lots of beer involved in that one too.
