My family and i would often dance to the music.

I love all 4 of those songs! As long as it’s not the Muzak version, I’m good. My daughters love it when we’re shopping and all of a sudden I’ll stop and say, “Oh, [enter song title here] is on! I LOVE this song!”

That Tom Jones song is the biggest pile of sexism! I hate it!

What gets me is when I’m listening to a song I like and the PA brakes in. grrrrrr.\\//_

Not to mention, this strip is a good 5 or more years old; have you listened to some of the current garbage? Would you LIKE to see kids actually DO what the “Depression Rock” lyrics suggest? Do you WANT another wave of Charles Manson’s running around?No THANK you! I’ll take Tom Jones and Helen Reddy ANY day!

Ahh, these kids today. What do they know?

The problem with the holiday music is that they do too much of it for too long. I’d say start it ten days before Christmas, or two weeks before then tops. Not from mid-November, and certainly not before Halloween as some of them do!

Beats the junk that passes for music today

I hate hearing music that someone else thinks I want to hear- especially loud music in stores. I don’t shop there if it is bad enough.
