That is scary - I thought “education” and “fun” were mutually exclusive terms…

I guess the thought of anything that could be both educational and fun can be quite scary to many.

Yes, why do you think Knowitalia never got the press the other nine did?

Doctor StrangeToon, that is very interesting. “Knowledge is power and power corrupts…” kind of brings up the ‘ol snake and apple story, i.e. do not eat from the tree of life and so forth. Is it actually true that ignorance is bliss? Gee, so many lines of thought here. Or maybe I drank too much coffee.

I’ve always found mathematics to be fun. But then again, I like root canal. (with apologies to Chuck Barris)

Halloween costumes are a welcomed improvement on most of the people I know.

My ex-wife was a Knowitalia - she educated me all right, but it wasn’t actually much fun…

I posted a “Peanuts” cartoon in the freshman Biology lab iin the 1970’s:

Sally: “Try not to have a good time, this is supposed to be educational.”

    It’s still there!

Dr. Strange - I love that saying you had. So much so that I put it on my signature in another forum.

Is it just me, or does Alice’s head appear to have been extended on a stalk?
