Oh-oh, Poncho is being singled out. That’s a pretty large concession, Chazz!

What about the cats? Poncho cancels out on that compromise.

Poncho needs to point right back! Dogs are people too! Carmen is a real pain… Chazz can do way better.

My wife and I have a cat so that we each have someone

to talk to. This way you don’t point at each other.

I don’t know - Carmen seems pretty unpleasant much of the time. And I’ve had both cats and dogs. The only one that ever attacked my guests was a cat.

C’mon, she already made the biggest compromise of all when she agreed to marry him! He owes her like, fifty compromises.

Chazz Chazz Chazz hang up the coat when word compromise is used you’re already lost. Why did Carmen pull a knife on Poncho he didn’t leave the coat on the Chair…..Interesting!!!!

harm1994 said “…when word compromise is used you’re already lost”.

True, though sometimes it’s a delayed loss rather than immediate. At my home, I originally asked my wife to do adherence to Old Testament dietary laws (problem since she likes shrimp/prawn), lifting it last year when her mum came for a visit. Now comes the delayed-loss part: I wound up trying shrimp curry (so I lost out entirely on the dietary laws) a fortnight ago.

I’d tell her ok I’ll hang up my jacket if you will wear some colour other than orange. I’m so sick and tired of you always wearing orange!

And both Poncho and the cats stay.

Poncho is not a compromise–he’s a way of life!

Compromise. I do what she says or I put a blanket on the couch.

Some see all compromise as capitulation, and some see all capitulation as compromise.

I have to say, though, that Chazz is picking a remarkably weak ground on which to make his stand. Refusing to hang up a jacket simply because “That’s not the way I do it”? That pretty much IS a “Yes, dear” situation.

cdwardscissorhands, do you count the annoying habit of dogs to jump up at people to lick their faces and/or try to smell ones crotch as an attack - and do your dogs never do anything of the sort? Then I applaud your dog-training skills :D
