BTW - it is highly unlikely that the Blue Circle meets way out in the desert somewhere. They are important execs - they couldn’t afford the time to take off for such long trips all the time. Plus all the traffic to such a remote lair would be highly conspicuous - unless those entrance tunnels run a VERY long way off, which hasn’t been indicated. Or unless they have tranporters, which would be a “way out there” storyline.
