i always liked the cartoons where they followed the treasure mapâs directions until they got to the spot marked âXâ and then there was an âXâ marked on the ground in the spot corresponding to the map.

Yes, Louie DOES deserves to have some of his treasure buried!
And lightenup - I was just saying yesterday, that we Canucks (we LIKE that term BTW)⊠have the RIGHT idea, to have Thanksgiving early in October ⊠as I said, it gives our bodies time to âreturn to normalâ before we dig into the Christmas feast(s) that we have âŠ
repost from yesterday, late at night Burg - I should pop over for some of your pie. Uh ⊠that sound bad to you as it does to me? Hahaha

Does the Christmas season for Canadians start on their Thanksgiving or the USAâs? Although, Iâm thinking the American stores are using the Canadian Thanksgiving to start the Christmas season. I actually heard a Christmas song in Wal-Mart on Friday. (shudder!)

Yes, sweet Louie is definitely an important part of the crew. :-)
When I was a kid (and had more time), I used to make a maze with the boxes in the basement and leave treats intermittently, so my cat would have something interesting to do.
@Allan â it does sound more reasonable to spread out the gorging so that our bodies have more time to recover. Do you all also put as much emphasis on trick or treating at Halloween as we do? For me, the eating starts at Halloween, even when I try to get rid of the candy quickly. (And Iâm glad the Canuck label wasnât offensive to you, I wasnât sure if it was, but didnât mean it meanly. Yankee doesnât bother me, but in the South, itâs supposed to be a terrible insult. :-))
