♫ It’s so simple, so very simple, that only a child can do it! ♫ I remember that album fondly, ARF2. Thanks for the smile. ∙◡∙

In my comics lineup, F&E is right after Fox Trot. Paige’s math anxiety must have started right here. I no longer have math anxiety. My mathmatical life is done for me with Quicken and Excel. And a good friend who makes sure that my figgers are kosher.

Hey, everyone has strengths and weaknesses — that’s why we need each other. Together, we really are more than the sum of our parts. :]

Personally, I like math, although past a certain level my brain goes into vapor lock. I thought algebra was fun — like solving a logic puzzle. On the other hand, I’ve always had lousy social skills…and now that I’m a lot closer to the end of my day than the beginning, I know that I might have been a better person with those than with liking math. But, hey….

Anyone who can’t master basic mathematics should be eliminated from the gene pool.

I like simple math. There is only one answer and generally only one way of getting the answer. With everything else, it is not true. I always picked the hardest road to the end result.

If Oog is riding a northbound mastedon going 2 mph and he is kocked off by Rodan flying east at 50 mph, how fast will he be going when he hits the ground? . . . assuming that he’s not eaten
