Coming Soon š At the beginning of April, youāll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
I received several messages over the weekend inquiring about the book deal. Yes, I do still have books to sell. And hereās the pitch for all you newcomers (welcome, BTW!):The Endtown mini-comic that I produced for Comicpalooza 2011 is now available to YOU for the offensively low price of $2.50 (price includes s&h, international add $1 for each copy ordered ). Besides sporting a snazzy full color cover (http://tinyurl.com/3uytdhy), it contains an all-new 22 page story that is available nowhere else. And just because I feel like doing it, Iāll sign and personalize (if desired) each and every copy I mail out. Simply pay via PayPal using my email address, aaronneathery@gmail.com, and be sure to include your mailing address. If you canāt pay with PayPal, email me for my snailmail. And, just so you know, Iām completely open to donations. The cat and mouse that live in my head will thank you. :-)
I love that fourth panel! Holly claims that no one has ever caught her before. I really wonder how this is going to pan out. I also like the double meaning for āchaseāā¦
That just came out of nowhere, didnāt it? I have been really enjoying how the characters have been looking these past few days. I have always enjoyed anthropomorphic drawingsā¦
It makes perfect sense, actually. A catās instinct isnāt to EAT the mouseā¦ itās to CHASE the mouse. After all, cats donāt eat peopleās fingers and toes as a rule, and they certainly chase THOSE often enough.
Just want to reiterate how glad I am that this strip is in monochrome, not color. Suits it perfectly. But then again, I always liked black and white photography back when I had my darkroom, too! More āartsyā and āmoodyā.
Wow. Very emotionally intensive. Holly can be putting herself in a great deal of danger by doing this. But she did say that no one could catch her, and perhaps her efforts will be critical in helping Wally.
awwwā¦ I really love this stripā¦ I just found you and just finished reading the whole archiveā¦ I love your characters and the story is really moving

Did not see it coming either ā yet, in retrospect, itās so blindingly obvious. Good storytelling mark.

Makes you wonder if this is the one cat who will catch Holly. Though I have a sneaky suspicion that it wonāt be solely to Wallyās efforts.

I have a feeling that Holly had a furry fetish before the war.
