Most people think that, to climb a rope, you just grab with your hands and pull up. Very, VERY few people have the arm strength to do that. You have to know HOW to climb.
There’s a method to climbing a rope and it looks nothing like what he’s doing. I had to climb one many times while in the Marine Corps. You have to lay the rope over one foot then put your other foot on top of the rope and push yourself up. Then you reach up and hang by your arms, bring your feet up and press down, pushing your body up. And repeat!
