You just need to find the person making their costumes, and anyone can join the team.

Tim has ripped off a gag from the opening of “Tiny Toon Adventures.” Their mission probably involves taking on Montana Max.

“Tiny Toon Adventures” in turn ripped off a gag from at least one of the old-school Warner Bros. cartoons. If I think about it long enough, I’ll likely remember which one or ones…:)
