Now this sounds like my class reunion! Nearly a third of my graduating class went into some form of government work (military, CIA, FBI, various interns, even half a dozen postal employees).
At my 10th reunion, the class officers reported that one of our classmates had been killed in Lebanon with that car bomb that killed more than 200. At our 20th reunion, he showed up alive and well – turns out he was there but was out when it blew. Didn’t see him at our 30th, but assume he’s still okay.
