Poncho: The cats are running around like crazy! They must be planning something now that the humans are asleep. Poncho: As a dog of pure doggie essence, I must maintain a brave vigil over my master's bedside! Carmen: Hurrrgh… Poncho: What… what's that horrible noise?? Poncho: Ha ha ha! She snores! Check it out, Chazz, she saws logs like a french lumberjack! Chazz: Poncho, off the bed…!

Ah, yes, the midnight ride of Puss Revere. Know it well.

Hmmm, there seems to be a similar theme at Citizen Dog.
Of course the cat lady snores like a lumberjack. She is a vile catlady in an orange sweater and she is out to ruin Poncho’s life and his relationship with Chazz.
How could she NOT snore?

A FRENCH lumberjack? Then she must be bad, right?
RonaldDavis over 13 years ago
It shows that French persons (presumably including French speakers in other countries) work hard. Sleeping persons are supposed to be quiet, but lumberjacks make noise as part of their work.

It’s probably all the cat hair up her nose.

It sounds more like she is about to hurl.

puppybreath I’m surprised at you! Vile catlady? :-)

@Dry Well, I too am a “cat lady” having five pussycats of various dispositions, colors and sizes. However, I hope that I am not a “Vile Catlady” inasmuch as I love my doggies with a great intensity and am deeply concerned about their happiness and comfort. As is also true about my concern for my kitties.
This does not seem to be the case with her. She shows no particular concern about Poncho’s needs or feelings.
I find that I do not like her very much and for Poncho’s sake I wish she would go away.
I wonder if Chazz would let me adopt Poncho? I think I could do a better job of integrating Poncho into a family that includes five personable cats who love dogs.
Hugs and happy thoughts to you Dry and may you and all you kitties thrive!
