Transcript:
Wife: Ha! You wouldn't know an isosceles if it bit you in the hypotenuse! Really, Frank - sometimes you're so obtuse. Husband: And you're always right, Vivian.
@bargrove â A little late and so many good ones this morning itâs hard to get a good angle on it. I may be off on a tangent, but Iâm betting the Dad is off to go watch Sine-feld.
@Radish â Trying to suggest there may be a classic love triangle going on here?
Anyone remember Tom Lehrerâs âNikolai Ivanovich Lobachevskyâ? âMetro-Goldwyn-Moskva buys movie rights for six million rubles, Changing title to âThe Eternal Triangleâ, With Doris Day playing part of hypotenuse.â
I sure do prrdh. That album was released when I was about 13. Also, he doesnât have a hypotenuse, but she does. Of course sheâs always right, because the husband is always wrong.
Who knew there could be humour in geometry ? I can see Euclid and Pythagoras giving hi-fives to each other !!! This is the âright angleâ to look at geometry !

After divorcing the nagging Vivian, Frank Euclid got inspiration from circling around Dorothy Square and his career took off geometrically.
