Man: The TV says to seek shelter immediately, and me all alone with this busted leg! I just had to tell my daughter I didn't need her help, and now look at me! And why am I talking to myself so loud?! Rip: Whoa! Hold up, midnight! I swear I just heard someone soliloquy for help!

@Dan Thompson – Great stuff! So much lampshade-hanging in those last 3-panels that I’m surprised there wasn’t a lamp in Gramps’ window.

@minkymoo wormywood: Ah, a very good safety point for us all, whether or not we have faithful canine companions. Luckily RJ knows that TNT has a nose much larger than the span of his eyes and is fully protected from the harmful LED rays. That and he’s obviously not pointing it perpendicular to the picture frame, but out over TNT’s left shoulder. Wait! He’s pointing it at the icon for “Ripley’s Believe It or Not”. DON’T LOOK MR. RIPLEY!

Why are you talking to yourself out loud, you ask? Because you just never know when some handsome stranger on a mighty steed just happens to be in the area. And that stranger will come to your aid. And you’ll be so grateful to him, you’ll introduce him to your daughter.And then a REAL storm will develop…
