Did the Distinguished Senator use the word “for” or “to”?
Does that mean he will do my job, too? That would be nice of him (albeit exceedingly unlikely).
… and for America’s out o’workers you’ll do… nada? Same old, same old.
EVERY campaigning politician makes “pledges”. EVERY politician knows they can’t PERSONALLY and as an individual accomplish anything, but CAN make an effort to sway others. Oh, right, the “unitary President”, but I keep trying to forget that one.
Campaign promises should be called what they are: campaign lies.
Think of the energy savings if we closed Congress.
