Justice: These folks from the Roberts Court are so thoughtful - they left me a nice, violent video game to play while I wait for the train. Punk: They don't want you to be bored.
Seems another one missing the point in the matter. Also – just to point it out – more people have been killed in the name of their holy scriptures than any have due to being possibly “inspired” by some media.
I’m wondering how many commenters here have actually read any of the decision, and why they ruled that these games fall under free speech rights as art. I’m also left wondering how many people here have no problem with the courts overturning Prop 8 in California, but have a problem with this. Liberty is messy – just because we don’t like something personally, doesn’t mean we have the ability to overturn a Constitutional right.
“On the other hand free speach is never mindless.”
LMAO! Unless it’s financed by big business and comes from Sen. Blutarsky. Or Senators Inhofe, Paul, Kyl, Cornyn, McConnell, Chambliss, Nelson, Landrieu, Lieberman and on and on.

Gonna stay this way for a while… Both Bush and Obama pruned some of the withered branches and got more of the same, younger.

Yeah, she won’t be bored, but to be waterboarded or gored is okay.
