Get Fuzzy by Darby Conley for July 03, 2011
Transcript:
Bucky: Why the hangdog look, dang hog? Satchel: I finished this. Bucky: A book? You mean you had food on it and you finished the food? Satchel: No, the book. Listen to this... Ahem. "...Just then, a rollerblader appeared magically, and being such an infuriating sight, Rex dropped his tennis ball to bark at the gliding heathen..." "But when Rex turned to get his, ball, it had rolled down the sewage grate... Lost forever." Sniff. Is that not the most moving book ever? Bucky: Like moving books, eh? Let me see it. Now that book is moving like a beagle in a vacuum factory. Satchel: Aw...

Poor Satchel. He is such a sweetheart and so thoughtful while Bucky is the biggest brat ever. Would love to see Fungo just deck Bucky one day soon.

Bucky channeling Dorothy Parker there – “This is not a book to be tossed aside lightly. It should be hurled with great force.”
