Well, Brewster is trying to make sure everyone sees his point.

Leave it open – it might influence the judge.

I think that evidence has already been submitted – openly.

Is that legal brief from LIO or was that precedent set yesterday?

Several years ago I was on jury duty during a drunk driving trial. After lunch, the defense attorney was speaking, and we realized that not only was he drunk, but his fly was open. After awhile, the judge asked both sides to come to the bench, they spoke briefly, there was a five minute recess, and he came back all zipped up. His client was found guilty.

Case dismissed due to insufficient evidence. By the way, how DID Cliff notice that when Brewster’s sitting down?

Cliff notes everything. He just doesn’t do anything with it except to say “I could have told you so.”I think Brewster could use some Cliff Notes, at least for his summary.

Obviously an open and shut case…..☻

The best he can hope for is a hung jury.
