Crossing a centipede with Dolly Parton? What youâd have, ladies and germs, is Artemis aka Diana of the Ephesians, âshe whom Asia and all the world worshipsâ. She was depicted with a cluster of mammaries like a bunch of grapes.
Artemis did not, however, have multiple pairs of thighs, so maybe a centipede wouldnât be the right father.
Oh, great. Only now do I realize what I just implied without meaning to, regarding âthe demenses that there adjencent lieâŚâ (blush)
Yes, but which part of my reputation? My intellectualism, or my innocence? :))

ROMEO AND JULIETAct 2, Scene 1
SCENE I. A lane by the wall of Capuletâs orchard.
Enter ROMEO
ROMEO
Can I go forward when my heart is here?
Turn back, dull earth, and find thy centre out.
He climbs the wall, and leaps down within it
Enter BENVOLIO and MERCUTIO
BENVOLIO
Romeo! my cousin Romeo!
MERCUTIO
He is wise;
And, on my lie, hath stolân him home to bed.
BENVOLIO
He ran this way, and leapâd this orchard wall:
Call, good Mercutio.
MERCUTIO
Nay, Iâll conjure too.
Romeo! humours! madman! passion! lover!
Appear thou in the likeness of a sigh:
Speak but one rhyme, and I am satisfied;
Cry but âAy me!â pronounce but âloveâ and âdove;â
Speak to my gossip Venus one fair word,
One nick-name for her purblind son and heir,
Young Adam Cupid, he that shot so trim,
When King Cophetua loved the beggar-maid!
He heareth not, he stirreth not, he moveth not;
The ape is dead, and I must conjure him.
I conjure thee by Rosalineâs bright eyes,
By her high forehead and her scarlet lip,
By her fine foot, straight leg and quivering thighAnd the demesnes [regions] that there adjacent lie,
That in thy likeness thou appear to us!
BENVOLIO
And if he hear thee, thou wilt anger him. (âŚ)

Crossing a turkey with a centipede? Alice just suggested the same thing on âVicar of Dibleyâ!

Hmmm; given the months-ahead scheduling of âtoons, that doesnât mean plagiarism. It may mean theyâre both âplugged into the idea busâ!

Too subtle for any of us here, Johanan! Your reputation, and the demesnes that there adjacent lie, are still intact.
