DC has had an unusual amount of heat and humidity lately. It affected my decision of where to go yesterday.Should we be concerned at the lack of other people standing in the melted Capitol? Did they die or evacuate?
St. Louis is too close to the New Madrid Fault. We wouldn’t want the partisan bickering to trigger an earthquake (unless the damage was limited to Busch Stadium).

It’s all the hot air coming out of the Senate. With Kevin gone there are no chills running up the other Senators’ spines to mitigate the heating.
