Today’s strip sounds like a nice summer day. We never had a BBQ when I was a kid. But one summer mom bought an ice cream machine. Everyone had to help make the ice cream and take turns on the machine. Wonder if she still has it?

I remember those ice cream machines. Once, when I was a kid, someone bought one that was electric! No more cranking! You can all guess what happened to that pathetic little motor. We had to start cranking again.
