And if Berzerkistan needs a model to emulate, all they have to do is look at the US Congress. They would see how a bicameral legislature is supposed to work, the value of checks and balances, and how compromise is the lifeblood of a political system that aspires to represent the best interests of…..oh, hell, never mind.
