I really, really loved this strip. It was fun, interesting and gave a background for who Poncho is. It introduced us to his siblings and his mom. And I hope we will be able to follow up on their adventures, their lives. I am really sorry to see year one closing. It was a fun ride!

As Genesis is to the Bible, the last year of Pooch Cafe has been to comicdom. As good as it gets, Paul.

even tho paul went a bit too far on some of the story lines,, i would not be watching the strip if it where not for his original idea of starting as a pup in the womb again.

So this ends “Year One?” Seems strange to do so on a Monday. All in all I’ve enjoyed “Year One.” There were some great strips – it was only that “The Long Night Of The Catapult” that got silly and tedious at times. Can’t wait to see what’s next.

This is the strip I look forward to reading each morning. I LOVE Poncho. If you don’t like the strip, why do you stay??

What a great year this has been! I LOVED Year One — thank you, Paul, for letting us meet Poncho’s mom and siblings, and showing us how it was in the Beginning. I hope we get to see his mom and brothers and sister(s) (was Nocturna the only sister?) again. It looks like we have only one or two more days of Year One, and I will be sorry to see it end. Paul, you have done a wonderful job as usual! I LOVE THIS STRIP! :)

Yes, the catapult segment was long yet I couldn’t wait to read it each day. I wanted to know who was in the box and if it would be saved, I needed the outcome. It worked for all of us, even those who didn’t like it :o)

“Year One” was a great idea, and brought off well.
