Luann by Greg Evans and Karen Evans for October 31, 1996
Transcript:
At his desk, Mr. Fogarty summarizes, "Ok, let me see if I've got this. You were baby-sitting and the little girl shredded your report, poured ketchup on it and fed it to the dog. Is that right?" Luann says, "Exactly. My dog ate my homework." Mr. F starts to giggle. Mr. F laughs uncontrollably.

I’m with Mr. Fogarty on this one. The story of what happened to her homework is hilarious. XD
