Despite the seeming hopelessness of the task, Crystal will forge on with trying to help Tiffany get a clue. Meanwhile, I wouldn’t be surprised if what Elwood has in mind for Tiff is just a non-speaking extra’s part. What a blow that would be to Tiff’s self-image!

Tiff’s right though — if Elwood ever saw her act then she wouldn’t need to go to an audition …

Tiff will never get it, no matter how many hints subtle or otherwise Crys gives her. The only real surprise in this week’s strip will be what Elwood will offer her (and require of her) to be in the movie, and how badly Tiff will handle the fact that others don’t see her as the center of the universe. Nothing will change, her ego will continue to believe that she’s the Queen of Reality. It’s going to be a long week, folks.

You can’t fix stupid!

Crystal’s never been a real friend of Tiffany’s. They only hang out at their lockers and at cafeteria. Nobody else would hang out with them so they came together by “force of nature” for lack of a better word. As you can see, Crystal barely tolerates Tiffany and Tiffany is clueless to that fact. That’s why most fans, including me, are scratching our heads as to why they even bother spend time together, especially Crystal. But then, if Greg wants to portray Pitts High as a typical high school, every school has a Tiffany-Crystal pair.

Tiffany is narcissistic – a trait actors have it seems.

And she probably won’t be auditioning for the part she thinks she’s auditioning for.

True Friend? What’s this “True Friend” stuff. No one is Tiff’s True Friend. She only has acquaintances who temporarily put up with her nauseating self centeredness. until they move on.

Maybe its me. Elwood is kind of well creepy. Luann is smart…Tiffs synapse needs a jump start. Maybe Elwood isn’t making a movie but going for the weakest in the herd.

msowards – there are just SOME people that can’t “take” a hint; there are some people that can’t understand, if you print it in 3 inch high block letters….Tiff is 2 of these people – From what I’ve seen of Crystal these year, I’d say she is just getting tired of being her “yes-girl”!

Crystal would NEVER give Knute the time of day, much less have TWO ‘non-dates’ with him in 4 months!

Likewise, Crystal has ALWAYS been there to "support her ‘gurl’ " in a battle of half-wits with Bernice and Lu – she’s NOT done THAT recently, instead, she’s been “civil” to the girls!

Crystal is “growing UP” … and she realises, Tiff is just “growing OLD”!

I’m betting Elwood thought that because Tiff organized that beauty pagent, she might make a good behind-the-scenes person, a ‘gopher’..or perhaps he’ll want her to be a personal assistant to the REAL Female star.

Elwood thinks Lue will be jealous if he takes Tiff out, and tries to make Tiff a star instead of Lue(when in the past he said Lue was a better Zeye than Tiff)
