I thought all overseas cooking was accomplished by Halliburton now? They took over in Iraq when the Army cooks wouldn’t serve the green meat provided by Halliburton. Oooops! -Kellogg, Brown, Root who charged $15 per plate at each meal.
Some Indian-ancestry friends of ours bought a boarding house of primarily WW-II veterans. They tenuously tried curry on the menu. It brought cheers from the residents who were undoubtedly tired of insipid boarding house food.
