I googled it. Buford is a truck stop but there’s 2 houses. one’s probably the managers’ place the other might be a house of assignation, or perhaps a vacation rental for the many tourists attracted to the area … the possibilities are endless, also the sign might be wrong.

Buford has a gas station/gift shop/general store, a post office, a mail drop with about 50 boxes (for people in the surrounding countryside), and a cellular tower, all at a convenient interchange on Interstate-80 about midway between Laramie and Cheyenne. I don’t see it disappearing very soon.

Is Buford’s citizen the mayor, plus banker, mailman,(or woman) plus manager of the local McDonalds all rolled up in one?

Bryan was a good man and I think he would have made a good president. Even though I don’t agree with prohibition because it has been proven not to work. He was also a little too cocky about his knowledge of the Bible. He didn’t know how to answer Clarance Darrow’s question on how Cain got his wife. He also insisted the 6 days of creation were regular 24 days when sometimes the Bible means a thousand years for one day. Ironically the theory of evolution is now full of holes!
