Good morning all. Speaking of Tracy’s shoulder holster, I’m going to show my age here. Was anyone besides me the proud owner of Mattel’s Dick Tracy shoulder holster/snub nose .38 set, complete with Shootin’ Shells anf Greenie Stick’em Caps? Serious toys back in the day, man.

Wow, when I spent the last couple years griping about how miserably lame the strip had become under Locher, this is the sort of strip is was hoping and praying would rise from the ashes. This is as good as Dick Tracy gets, from my perspective at least.

Sleeping in Kadaver’s warehouse? Man, and I thought I had stayed in some bad places. Geez, a motel with hot and cold running spiders. I wonder if he has to share a coffin.(Actually, Kadaver could get in trouble for that. I’m sure it’s a violation of health and zoning codes.)

I’ve always thought Vera was a woman’s name. The only “Vera” I know was Vera from the old TV sitcom, “Alice.” Alice’s Vera was weird, but Vera Alldid looks like some scary creep that Sparkle should put a restraining order on! I think Sprakle should avoid Vera Alldid at all cost. Oh yeah, Sparkle has a nice right hook!
