That is just typical. and sick at the same time
brake is acceptable with spellcheck,what is needed is an old-fashioned proofreader and common sense.
spell check wouldn’t catch it. They’re both legitimate words. Much like the sign I saw that announced the new location was two miles passed a certain landmark.
