If Luke had grown up in the US, Darth would have won and had to have bowed to his master, the Great GOP. Oh! Wait a minute, that’s what did happen. Then BO came along and slayed Darth and now the GOP is running a new GOPstone kops (Tip of the Hat to Chris Britt) crew of hopefuls to try and find a new Darth to slay BO…The never ending story.

Way too many of my friends are very overweight (makes me sad) and so many who are decades younger have medical problems that I never expect to have. I am happy to have a 23-4 BMI and healthy cholesterol in my 70s and eating well and working out with weights keeps my bones strong. Sometimes it is good to have noone to please but myself.
