Sure, Grandpa, and your generation had institutionalized racism and segregation. And then there’s all that domestic violence…

Grammar nazi: Should the last panel be “live in a fair and safe world” or “live in a fair and save the world”?

When I was young I hated cutting firewood. In my late fifties I got a cabin in the Sawtooth and cut and split all my firewood. And rather enjoyed it. Got a lot of aggression out doing it. Was in pretty good shape also!

I think Frank has a plan. If not already, then move in with the kids, rent free of course..Never underestimate the strength of grey power. They get kinda nasty when the govt tries to take things away.

By the way, Gramps. What was your salary back then? How much did stuff cost in proportion to what you made?

Stuff was probably cheaper because there was less demand. Didn’t people use to be more self sufficient?

it is true what Gramps is saying. We let business dictate to us the consumer what we can & cannot do. Which is crazy because they live or die on our dollar. We are just to stupid or lazy to make them pay for the way we are treated
