I wonder if that dumb Pig signed his name…..and if he spelled it correctl-ey?

I thought it would be “Stay-sey.”

The credits of the “Happiness” Charlie Brown tv show went too fast, but I did catch Stephen Pastis’ name as one of them, but not what he did.

Don’t think Pig’s so dumb, for he already knew this Steyci.

That’ why he’s so animated.

To be fair, one valid pronunciation of “Steyci” is indeed “Stacy”. Stacey was just too ambiguous when she told pig how to spell her name. And her parents were too pretentious when spelling her name “Stacey”, probably wanting to make their little girl “special”.

Pig tries so hard to be helpful. It’s not his fault he gets it slightly wrong every once in a while.

Try again, Pig, and this time take her “I” out.
