It reminds me of a cartoon of a man arriving home from a sidewalk sale, with his car loaded with paving blocks.

I don’t think he could afford a yard sale there.

Good thing there isn’t a fourth panel….. Horace would be gone…… and only the sign remains….. ! ! !

Good thing it’s not a “Wet paint” sign; it could mess up his furniture.

There was an Animanics episode that involved the joke and a yard sale.

Good thing it wasn’t a FIRE sale.
