And, so, we get back to the insurance premium check that Clovia asked Slim to mail at the beginning of this story arc. Can anyone guess whether Slim followed through?

@Jazzlily, it has to be reported first, you don’t suppose they thought of that.
It’s known as “garage keeper’s insurance” and covers the vehicle owner once the vehicle has been placed in the custody of the shop.
Meanwhile I’m looking forward to one of Jim’s beautiful and touching Christmas sunday strips…

as he finds the envelope with the insurance payment in his jackets inner pocket…Clovia never should have trusted him to mail the payment….
