    I don’t know much about Chipmunks or other militant rodents, but squirrels I’ve become really acquainted with.

    My bird dog used to go nuts over them (ignoring all birds including even a woodcock once). My backyard was once dominated for a couple of years by an apparent coke fiend we named Wacky. And following Dave Barry’s blog several years ago was a recurrent lesson in stories of squirrel-related woe, painstakingly reported by alert readers around the world.

    This strip is totally believable.

    Squirrels are wonderful creatures. Trip trip across our roofs, climb down our chimneys, agitate our dogs, and steal all the walnuts from the tree. They,re delicious too!
