I would love to have a secret place in the house with a “gothic” look to it. Candlelight, dark curtains, merlot, perhaps some gargoyles on the bookshelf. And a good book.

I don’t want just the room, I want the house that such a room can be hidden in.

Each person in every couple should have a room like this. Mine would be utilitarian and plugged in with music and a fridge. Hers would be a soothing, pretty, sanctuary with music, a coffee pot, red wine, and flowers.
