Guys, does anyone know what happened with Number Six? There are messages all over the place saying he got banned. his profile suggests there was some huge drama going on, apparently he said something someone found offensive. I would prefer to abstain from speculating any more. His latest messages apparently were deleted from the corresponding pages. I find all this baffling Number Six is one of the smartest, most insightful, and most respectful commenters in this site. We was sometimes quite witty, but I don’t think he would ever write anything with the intention of offending anyone.
Number Six: you are probably going to read this. If you really got banned, why don’t you create a temporary account so you can explain to us what happened? I am willing to intercede for you, and perhaps if enough of us do it the site admins will un-ban you. But I would like to know what happened before I do that.
Well, after reading Number 6’s many, many posts for such a long time, I can’t believe he was intentionally trying to offend anyone. These days, though, offense is a common currency, and offense was taken. Is there any way for us to fix the situation? Who knows the rules and such of the comments feature? I hate to admit it, but I’ve never checked out the way this thing operates. I just draw pictures.
