A cool old school Yogi Berra joke!
Walt’s going to name him Boo Boo because he was left in a “Pic-a-nic Basket”.
I said it two days ago! Remember?
“If you come to a fork in the road…take it.” Yogi Bear
“Nobody goes there anymore… it’s too crowded.” —Yogi Bear
Cue the Ivy Three….:-)
Today is perhaps the most “cartoonish” rendering of Gertie I can recall. Seems to me Jim has traditionally drawn her in a more realistic fashion.
As Yogi once said, “You can observe a lot by watching.”
Whatever happened to Gertie? Who’s this new caregiver?
How old is Walt now? 120?
No, he’s only about 115.
I now know the name of Uncle Walts new kitten…......Yogi Bear of course!!!
We know of course that Walt’s new kitten has been weaned because the family were keeping Rufus broke from buying Chef Meowrice cat food. (Cat rescuing is a noble task BTW. Even though I prefer dogs myself.)
