One day, Norm will speed up that hill to his commute, and immediately be pulled over by a police officer sitting in a speed trap.

Maybe there is a nice view at the top.

We have a steep bridge, and little underpowered cars cannot keep up to speed on it, nor can fully loaded tractor trailer rigs.

My pet peeve are those that will slow down and inch past a semi before speeding back up again. If your afraid of the semi dont spend so much time next to it…I’m just saying.

Unless you’ve ever topped a hill to traffic at a stand still. Even scarier on a motorcycle.

Back home the commuters would slow down coming to a bridge over the river. The traffic reporters called it the “fear of water slowdown”.

It’s the ones who cut in front of me and slow down that drive me crazy.

Once upon a time I had to take a rural route to college in order to avoid construction along the main highway.[]You had to slow down as you crested the hills, as every so often cattle would be in the road beneath you.

What I hate are the people who slow down to get on the off ramp of the Interstate. Most ramps are designed to give you time to decelerate once you are on them.
